Warranty Information
Hex Designs ("HEX") warranty obligations for the Hex product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Hex warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Hex within the Warranty Period, at its option, Hex will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Hex warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product returned becomes Hex's property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Hex's property.
Exclusions and Limitations
Hex's limited warranty applies only to the Product. The warranty does not apply to any non-Hex product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Hex product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Hex specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Hex cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No Hex reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Damages Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hex is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Hex product.
Consumer Protection
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Hex's liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
Warranty Service and Returns
Items purchased through ShopHex.com

We guarantee all merchandise sold by ShopHex.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

Hex warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Please see our warranty for further details.

To return an item within 30 days of original purchase for any reason or, if defective, after 30 days from original purchase but within the one (1) year warranty period:

1. Fill out the claim form (you will need your receipt)
2. Receive an RA number (via email)
3. Box up your defective item, enclose a copy of the email with the RA number on it, and write the RA number on the outside of the box.  You must also include a copy of your original receipt.
4. Send item back via trackable shipping method (UPS Ground, USPS with tracking) to the following address:

5. Reply to the email that was sent to you and provide us with the tracking number for your shipment.
6. Once we have received and processed the item, a repair/replacement will be sent or a return credit will be processed.
Items purchased from distributors (not through ShopHex.com)

Hex warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase (you can see our full warranty here). If the Product is defective within that time period, fill out the warranty claim form (available here) and we will send a replacement out to you subject to the terms of our warranty.
If you are within a year of your purchase, please follow the below instructions to get your claim processed as fast as possible (You will need one of the following proofs of purchase):

1. A receipt from an authorized reseller
2. An email order confirmation from authorized reseller

Then follow these steps to submit a claim:
1. Fill out the claim form (you need your receipt)
2. Receive an RA number (via email)
3. Box up your defective item, enclose a copy of the email with the RA number on it, and write the RA number on the outside of the box.  You must also include a copy of your original receipt.
4. Send item back via trackable shipping method (UPS Ground, USPS with tracking) to the following address: Hex Designs

5. Reply to the email that was sent to you and provide us with the tracking number for your shipment.
6. Once we have received and processed the item, a repair/replacement will be sent or a return credit will be processed.
Shipping & Handling
US Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping method you picked.
We ship via Fedex Ground for shipments within the United States. International shipments are via Fedex International.
We only charge tax if you ship to an address in California or New York.
Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a Fedex tracking number.
Read additional shipping information below for international ordering.

Within the United States:
US Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping method you picked.
1. Fedex Ground (5-7 business days)
2. Fedex 2Day (2 business days)
3. Fedex Standard Overnight (1 business day)

We charge a small handling fee on top of your order.

Actual freight amounts are calculated at the time of shipment and may vary from the projected amounts shown on your order confirmation.

Don't forget to provide us with your phone number otherwise Fedex won’t be able to deliver.
If you need to ship to a PO Box, please give us a call on (866) 294-4878.
If you want to ship to a military address, please give us a call to place your order. We recommend using APO Box Shipping, but we can ship to other military addresses as well.

Outside the United States:

We do ship internationally.
We use Fedex International for our international shipments. Costs are as follows:
1. 1-3 watch bands/wallets: $25
2. 4-7 watch band/wallets: $50
3. 8-20 watch bands/wallets: $95
4. Over 20 watch bands/wallets, please contact us for rate.


Do Not send us an email to get shipping costs (except for orders of more than 20). They are listed above (and we will just direct you back to this page). We rarely will need to charge more than what is listed and when we do, it is because multiple items are ordered (like 2 backpacks). If you wish to place an order, you can use the above and have a good idea of what the final costs will be, so please use this information to determine if you are willing to place the order.

Import Duties/Fees/Charges - We are not responsible for any import duties, fees, fines or other charges that you may incur upon receipt of the product.
