Q:  How does the PadPort work?

A: The PadPort is a patent pending design that holds your iPad 1 2 or 3 under the protective, padded front flap of the messenger bags, but on the outside wall of the bag. This allows you to access your iPad without having to remove it from the bag. Just lift up the front flap to access and use! Watch this short video for details.

Q:  Are the bags waterproof?

A: No, they are not. However, they are treated to provide water resistance.

Q:  Can you adjust the sizing of the Vision Metal watch band?

A: Yes!  Vision metal has removable links just like any quality watch that be can removed or added at any local jewelry or watch repair shop for a perfect fit.  It also ships with extra links that can be added to the watch band.

Q:  Does the HEX watch band make my Nano® waterproof (silicone styles)?

A: No.  However, the HEX watch band does provide improved water resiliency for mild water contact (ie: light rain exposure, careful hand washing, etc).  Although your Nano® will be more protected when inside the HEX watch band than it would be on its own, due to features like the audio port cover, it is not made waterproof.

Q:  What makes the HEX watch band’s silicone better?

A: There are many grades of silicone. DO NOT BE FOOLED by low-quality imitators. The HEX watch band uses premium silicone in our custom mold and meets all RoHS and REACH safety and quality standards. Q:  How accurately are product colors depicted on the website?

A: Although we try to represent all colors as accurately as possible on this website, some colors can look different from one screen or monitor to another.  Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Q:  What about battery life?

A: You can obviously use your Nano® how ever you choose. How you use it may affect your battery performance. We recommend keeping your Nano in "sleep" mode and simply pressing the button to "wake" it when you want to see the time. This should improve battery performance and we think it looks good too.

Q:  Can I wear the HEX watch band on either arm?

A: Yes.  Since you can orient the viewing screen on your Nano® to face any direction, you can wear your HEX watch band on either arm.
